Listening to experiences when they DID feel powerful, and DID have a trusted ally…and what a positive difference this made in their careers and in their lives.

This is the kind of work that takes time and isn’t always pretty. Forging authentic relationships and learning to really listen is h.a.r.d. w.o.r.k.
